The experience will be enhanced by innovative stations offering immersive cultural encounters that blend tradition with modern technology.

Interactive workshops, held near the Al Maktoum Residence, will include traditional crafts like Qard Al-Baraqei (fabric patching) and Ghazl Al-Sadu (weaving), Qarqoor (fish trap) and Zafana Al-Du’un (date palm fiber basket) making, and intricate silver crafting, guided by experts from the Heritage Centre for Traditional Handicrafts.
Workshops on traditional medicine (“Al Attar”) and perfume making will also be offered, providing a sensory exploration of Emirati culture. Furthermore, attendees can participate in Al Talli embroidery and Fanjan (coffee cup) painting workshops, alongside enjoying performances of Al Nahma, Al Ayala, and Al Yowala.

The event will explore the artistic applications of “Dubai Line” calligraphy and showcase a collection of rare pens and inks.
The library will also feature a range of art activities, musical performances, and traditional crafts, including henna application and a dedicated children’s corner. “The Creativity Market” will provide a platform for local talents and brands to showcase their heritage-inspired products.
Finally, the historic Al Fahidi district and Hatta Heritage Village will host artistic and traditional performances. The Jameel Centre for Culture and Creativity will also contribute with innovative activities, including a “Most Beautiful National Costume” competition, interactive falconry displays, and traditional games.
